How do we burn the Bella Buns? As in, what kind of container do we burn it in, if any?
Approximately, what is the burn time?
I've read that they don't burn terribly evenly, but our imaginative members know how to get the last scent out of them?
Also, the same questions for the pillars? How do we burn them, and what is the approx burn time?
Blessings,
Vicki

My Aunt has candles in a little tiny cast iron skillet, and I think those would be perfect for our Bella Buns. So this weekend I'm going to be on a missionto find some.

That would be so cute!!! I need to get some tiny skillets too!
I have not burned a Pillar or bun yet, but I hear the burn down the middle so that they don't make a mess. Then you just take whats left and put it in to a simmer pot. smileys/smiley4.gif

I have great success with our pillars. they have never broken or cracked for me.
The buns get a little messy after they have burned a while, but then i do as Cinnamon said and throw the remains in a simmer pot and the smell is still AMZING!!! smileys/smiley2.gif
I have heard people get the skillets from JoAnnes fabrics and crafts. I use a terricotta planter potbottom. The small clay ones. The bun fits perfectly in it with just a little room left. I got those at Michaels for .67 cents!!

That's a great idea to put the rest of the pillars and buns in your simmer pots. I have some pillars that I've burned all the way to the bottom down the middle and was wondering what to do with the rest of the candle; since it still smells delicious! Thank ladies!

Yes the skillets can be purchased at JoAnn's. They are .99 each. They look so adorable in the skillets.

The skillet is actually a candle holder. It is located in the candle section of JoAnn's. Ruth

So is this not a real cast iron skillet? Because the one I saw actually was and you could take the candle also and heat it on the stove. But I'm thinking something like that wouldn't be .99.

I just got back from JoAnn's the skillets are on sale for .69. Be sure you look them over carefully because many of them had rust on them.
