Last week was very stressful for me at work, and the weekend has been jam packed as well. I have booked in for a massage after work tomorrow, and can't wait, as I know I will feel recharged afterwards.
Massage is my favourite way of unwinding and chilling out, with listening to relaxation mp3s on my ipod coming a close second.
How do YOU chill out at the end of a tough day or week?

Every night on the couch with my husband watching really bad reality tv, laptop in hand, playing Facebook games, or chatting the night away. Heaven.

I am off to a cat show shortly, this is kind of stressful AND relaxing at the same time, lol. Stress hoping my cat doesn't use her show cage as a litter box, relaxing because I get to hang out with other 'cat' people all day :)

To just lie in front of the TV and watch a movie, or read.
Something that requires no thinking or any physical action!!

Music. I can't live without it, and it can always change my mood no matter what.
A drink sometimes helps too.
Or just relaxing and watching tv with the hubby!

Chill out music (sometimes also chillout, chill-out, or simply chill) is an umbrella term for several styles of electronic music characterized by their mellow style and mid-tempo beats -- "chill" being derived from a slang injunction to "relax."

We generally go to bed early just so we can sit and talk for an hour or two. It is so relaxing, and it really helps us to stay connected in our relationship.

I like to settle down after a long day or week with a glass of wine maybe some music or a good book.
