My nice director just left mea helpful message:

Point out that you can get a membership at Sam's Club for $35 and you get nothing. But joining BC for $99 you get $600 worth of product!

Also, the qualifying order, she calls it a "privilege order" b/c getting that at 55% off is a privilege!

And if you have your new recruit get $275 of orders, they get $225 product free! Or is it the other way around? Ugh! I'm so tired, it's the afternoon and the coffee has worn off. Anyways, you know what I'm talking about. Would someone please post the correct numbers for me?? I'd appreciate it! I'm going to lay down now. smileys/smiley12.gif

It is the other way around. You pay $225 + tax and shipping to receive a profit or $275 free!

The weather is making me tired too. When will it be Spring?

What did I miss on the call yesterday Vicki?

03-29-2006, 06:29 AM
Nickie,

No one called in yesterday, so you just missed me! It was about the closing spa and I have sent you the script that we talked about on Monday night.

As long as everyone wants to participate when they can, I will keep these calls going. I understand this is a busy time and I will always wait 20 minutes for someone to join in on the calls.

Have a great day!

I am interested in joining in on the calls, but what do we do? Do I just listen to what is being said? I'm afraid to call in because my husband isn't home during either of the calls and I have 5 kids that usually get loud and demand my attention ONLY when I pick up the phone. I don't want everyone to hear my screaming kids...lol Plus, how long do the calls last?

There is a mute option so you can do that and when you have something to say you can unmute. I have a child who always has "emergencies" every Monday call. Tuesdays she is in school so that is great!

Call in and give it a try! We talk about the topic and then whatever issues we have. It doesn't have a set time (something I am trying to work on) but I don't want to push people off the call either. We are all getting to know each other and become friends.

I know I look forward to these calls! I am not the head of the call. Everyone who has something to share is welcome to do so and chair the call as well. Since we are all from different units, it is great to hear other ideas.

We'd love to have you on the next call Mistie! It is April 10th and April 11th.

Any ideas for the next call anyone?

Sorry Kimberlee for stealing your thread away! I should have posted my question under a different thread!

But I do want to say that I like what your director said. That is true! You pay a yearly membership fee to Sams, you may or may not use it. I do much prefer using the term "privilege order" instead of "qualifying order". It doesn't make it seem so business-like(I don't know the term I'm looking for...sorry, I'm going on little to no sleep here!) but more of an incredible opportunity.

I think I'm going to steal those ideas! smileys/smiley4.gif Thanks for sharing!

Mistie, our ideas are to steal, thats why we share them! Thats why I love the company, we all share what we have, and you go from there and pick what works for you.

Kimberlee, that is a great way to put it! I will have to write it down, and memorize it!smileys/smiley32.gif
Thanks,

Ok,
I haven't been on the board in a few days. So my replies: LOL--Mistie for "stealing the thread away." smileys/smiley17.gifNo sweat. I was so surprised when I saw the thread was up to 10 as opposed to 2 when I was last on the board. And laughed when you made that comment. You're so cute.

AND, I take NO credit for those phrases--my director probably got them from some other wonderful BC rep. Probably even Patti Higgins herself. Who knows. But she's been a great help.

We don't "steal" we "SHARE." smileys/smiley2.gifThat's what I do! You all are so great sharing, and I don't feel I contribute a whole lot, so when I can, I do.

smileys/smiley36.gif Thanks.... I just felt kinda bad for "hijacking" the thread and getting off track. I'm glad to know that this particular message board doesn't seem too strict in that area.
