Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter, Which season do you prefer? Its so hard to choose because I love Christmas but I also love Spring and Summer.

I like summer the best.

Well, since I was a child I've always liked summer, as I had my holidays and had great time with my friends open air, now I still love this season

Fall, mainly October through December. Summer is too hot and humid. I am dreaming of cool, crisp weather...

I love the fall. The temperature is not too hot or too cold. And the changing color of the leaves are beautiful.

Autumn all the way!!

I love Winter, except for the days being shorter....

I love spring better. That is when everything comes to life after a dull cold winter. The temperature is not hot, and the days are just beautiful.

My favorite season is Indian Summer. The weather is perfect, usually around 70-73 degrees give or take. It's not too hot, it's not too cold. The leaves on the trees are turning a beautiful yellow, red or orange in preparation for the fall season.

Just imagine all of the above sitting in your backyard during the morning, having coffee or tea, lounging in your favorite chair, the air is calm, the breeze is soft, beautiful butterflys flying here & there, there is no noise except for the birds chirping......so, so serene!

A person couldn't ask for anything better.

I would say Spring. It's not too hot not too cold, plus my Birthday is in that season!

Fall--the way the air smells, the leaves, perfect temperature. Spring isn't too bad, but it's too wet here.

I love the Spring. I like it when things start warming up after that blast of winter freeze. I also love the flowers that are starting and the way the leaves on the trees are budding and beginning to uncurl.

Even the lightening bugs start coming out again at night. I love that part. Have you caught a whole lot of them in ajar and then take it in the dark house and lay on the couch and watch them light up?
Now that's a good time!

It used to be spring because it can be so pretty with all the flowers blooming. Especially when I lived in Atlanta. But now I would have to say Fall because of the temperture. Nice for walking.

Spring, definitely! I from Canada and after the snow melts it rains and every grows and blooms and is green. Everything. Trees, flowers, grass. Everything has leaves and is green and the air is fresh and cool.

Summer is hot and dry. The lakes thaw and are nice in July (way too cold in May and early June).

Autumn is beautiful for 2-3 weeks when the trees turn colors and lose their leaves before winter. Everything is red, orange, yellow, brown, and green.

Winter is cold and white. Minus 40, no joke! More with wind. Brrrr!


Mexico is the most beautiful in the spring as well, though it is much less noticable than in Canada. Every season is very different in Canada, and they change more gradually in Mexico, and less drastically.

I love Spring because there's the promise of summer, Ilove summer because of the sun, autumn is beautiful but winter sucks big time!

I love Fall.

It's been so hot here, I can't wait for Fall. I love sweatshirt weather and a nice bowl of soup!

this is a toss up I love spring and fall. I will have to go with Spring on this one after the long icky winters I soooooooooo look forward to spring :)

Autumn! My favorite temp is 72 degrees and there is nothing like a 72 degree sunny day and a nice cool evening. Love, love, love the fall!

I love Autumn...so very very much. I get this wonderful sense of calm beauty and earthy wonder that just fills me with the most amazing vibes. I can't get enough of it! I only wish ours lasted longer, Nevada really has to fight for much of a fall...But man do I love it...

Definitely Spring, as its not too hot or too cold.

My favorite season is Fall. I enjoy sitting on my deck and enjoying my morning coffee. Or evening cocktails. And my DH and I also enjoy taking road trips on the Harley without the heat :cool:

I like the fall, I live in the mountains so taking a walk or looking out my window seeing all the different colors of the trees. Best feast for the eyes after working online all day.

Being in Houston, TX Autumn is perfect because it is not hot and definitely not cold.

All seasons but summer. :) Summer is TOO hot for me even in Ohio.

Fall is the best for me...I love the cool breeze in my face and the leaves crunching underfoot. Plus, swimsuit season is over in Fall (yay).:D

Definitely Autumn. Here in Melbourne summer is too hot.

I love to be outside so I have to say summer. But I love skiing in the winter...

I prefer the cooler seasons as I am really sensitive to heat. My friend prefers the hotter seasons because he's really sensitive to cold. It's funny! :D

I love the summer and fall. I honestly hate the winter and spring. When I lived in Florida it was so hard for me because I missed the colors changing on the leaves. Now I am back in Michigan and cant wait for them. As soon as winter comes... I will cry!

I prefer summer since we only have two weather here on our country which is summer and rainy day season. :)

Without a doubt, it's the Fall :)

Summer is my favorite in terms of weather, because I'm a deep south gal who can't handle cold weather. However, in terms of business, summer is my extremely slow season, while the last 3 months of the year are my best months. So business-wise, Fall and Winter are my favorite, but personally, Summer wins! Spring is pretty, though, I'll admit, so it rates pretty well too. :)

Fall and Winter are definitely my favorite! I really dislike summer for several reasons. Too hot, and business is always so slow!! Everyone seems to go on vacation and everything kind of comes to a halt! Plus I love Thanksgiving and Christmas!

While I'm thrilled to be in Michigan where there are definitely four distinct seasons, I like spring and fall the best :)

Fall. It means an end is drawing near to mowing the yard, is not too hot and not too cold. I hate Arkansas' Winters and Summers. I freeze and I burn up! Spring is ok but mowing starts again so yes, I like Fall the best. :)

Spring for me. I look forward to planting new flowers and sometimes a new bush or tree. The warmer weather is so refreshing after a long cold/drab winter.

I love Autumn. I hate the heat of the summer, especially the humidity in Wisconsin. I could do without the bone chilling below zero wind in winter, so I'll take the middle and go with autumn.

When I was younger I said summer. Now I say fall without a doubt ( followed by summer!lol)

I love the fall with all the changing colors. Also the temperature is perfect for a light sweatshirt and pants. It’s my perfect time of year. Not 100 deg. but no minus temperatures with snow also.

Hands down fall is may favorite season. I love the changing of the leaves, decorating my house for fall and halloween, planting mums. We always go the the farm and do the hayride, corn maze, we go pumpkin picking and pick up some cider doughnuts and some fresh cider on the way out. And then of course taking my boys trick or treating.

I definitely love summer the best as our winters here are so cold and snowy and miserable (although I do like a white Christmas, I just wish it would all be gone by Jan 1!

I like autumn too.

Fall is the best time for me. Not to hot or cold. Just perfect.

I love all he seasons but I guess I'd have to say summer is my favorite. I can get the kids out the door in record time as there are no snowsuits or boots to put on:)

I use to like summer but they are becoming to hot to deal with. I am liking Spring the best since it gets you out of the gloomy winter blues and outside finally.

I love winter. I live in Florida so we don't have many "seasons" but winter is SO beautiful here! It will be pleasant all day long and just a bit of a chill at night. You really can't ask for more here. If I loved up north I may not like it so much but at times I do envy you all for the snow.

Summer is definitely my favourite season as Summer means Holidays!
But I guess we always want what we don't have. If you live in a sunny area, you wish you had snow. If you live somewhere chilly, you wish it was sunny. Thats the way it goes :p

Last year, me and my family went to Florida and had such an amazing time that we are now looking at properties over there. I cant stand cold weather and every year it gets me down when winter comes. By January, I've just about had enough! I think I'd be so much happier if I moved somewhere with a climate as good as this! The kids loved Florida as we rented a villa (http://www.casamundo.co.uk/usa/) with our own pool so we just came and went as we pleased.
My husband loved it in Florida too and wants us to look at property in the Gulf Coast of Florida as hes a massive fan of surfing (http://floridasurfing.com/resources/Beaches.html). He didn't get to do much surfing when we were there as it was Summer and the water is exceptionally calm during this period.
Only thing thats putting us off the move slightly is hurricane season (http://www.floridalifeandleisure.com/main/hurricanes.html)! But then I guess thats the price you pay for amazing weather all year round...

Autumn because I love the oiler weather and the holidays! But I also really love spring.

I love the winter. Rainy weather is my favorite and all of the Holidays. I do love the the fall and spring too. Not a hot weather person.

Autumn gets my vote! I love the crispness in the air, the leaves changing color, all of it. I tried to get my Hubby to wait a few mor months so that we could have an Autumn wedding.

I like summer because it is warm and I can dress casual. I like to go waterskiing with my family.

Fall is such a beautiful time of year. I love the leaves and the breeze that seems to fill every day. I love the feeling of the air during this time. And looking forward to Christmas brings months of joy for my family.

Well I love Winter not to drive in but I love how it looks. Its always a time of the year that everyone is in a singing mood. I love christmas carols. When all the little kids are so happy and its so nice to see thier face when it snows. I love playing snow fights with them.

I do love fall too just because it looks so pretty when all the leaves are on the ground.

I like summer the best. Fall is okay too when it is not cold yet.

Spring! It is a new beginning. The flowers and trees bud and bloom and the birds come out singing.

I love spring and summer! I'm a warm weather person. I love fall too, but I can't help but think that after fall, comes winter - my least liked season! I take after my Dad, my body can't take the cold...I literally could hibernate under my heated blanket until spring!!! :)

I am a summer girl. I am sick of this Ohio winter. Having all of the seasons does make me appreciate summer, though.

I think spring is my favorite - not too hot or cold and the bees aren't really out much at that time (I HATE bees). Plus the pretty pink flowers on the tree in my backyard bloom for about a week or so in the spring- though before you know it all of them have fallen and are all over the ground :/

If it is not under 60 and not over 75... that is my favorite! Not picky at all, right? ;) I love to take my horse out and ride. She is my prozac so the spring/fall like weather is my favorite!

I'm so ready for Spring I can't stand it! The sun hasn't even come out here all week. We can't even get the friggin' sun!!!

I love the spring. It's when all the plants are growing and everything is so green. And everyday, I'm looking to see what new flower has sprung up. It's great!

That can be tough, because it seems nearing the end of each season, I am looking forward to the next.
Let me see. I love cold winter nights because Christmas and the cold just make me feel cozy and feel like snuggling up in a blanket in front of the tv with hot chocolate.
Spring is great too. I love the smell of rain and to see new life springing up. The anticipation of hot summer days to come.

Well I have Spring allergies, so I don't like that season very much. I winter is nice, but gets too long. I would definately say I am more of a summer/fall season person. That way you can do things outside without it being 20 below zero.

Amen! We're going to the beach a few times and already have a trip planned to the Grand Canyon. The kids are growing up fast so we're making sure to get this precious time in.

I prefer the Summer. It's the one time of year I can go outside and the trees don't make my allergies go nuts. I am not really good during the cold weather months at all. I hibernate like the animals do in the winter!

Spring and Fall are my favorite seasons. Not too hot not too cold. I love to see everything bloom in the Spring and the colors changes in Fall are awesome.

Spring/Summer, which is why we live in Hawaii. Never get tired of the sun! :)

Fall!!

I love the colors of the leaves, the weather, the 'anticipation' of the all the holidays coming up...Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.... And we get to use the fireplace later when the weather finally turns cool enough. Oh, and the evenings in Fall are gorgeous!

I'll vote for Spring! It seems summer comes on so hot and humid lately here in the midwest... and we've sure had a nasty winter! Spring is also about hope and the good weather to come.. :)

I love Winter here in Qld Australia. Our Winters are very mild, but sometimes cool enough to light a fire at night. The days are usually dry and sunny and it is great weather to be outside. Summer here is very humid, and I spend most of my time either in the pool or in the air conditioning.

I agree with spring and fall unfortunately I live in Southern Illinois all year so I get the cold winter and hot humid summers too. But I love where I live even with the winter and summer extremes.

There's something to like about all the seasons, but my favorite is winter. Everything feels so crisp and clean, and I love the chill and the quiet. So still...

Though I live in Georgia and we don't have tons of snow! lol Bet I'd change my mind if I lived somewhere else!

Spring and Fall are great for the cool weather, the beautiful colors...and Summer for all the sun though I hate the heat.

I love summer. The warmth of the sun, the carefree days. I love being able to be outside all day and only worry about applying sunscreen. Winter days are fun but limited by the cold.

I Love Spring, as well as Winter!!

I do LOVE Christmas but FALL is my favorite. I just love the crisp air, the falling leaves and we can not forget the First Day of School!!

I love Christmas - but ONLY Christmas...and then I want winter to be gone.

I like the time right at the tail end of Spring, just prior to Summer...the rain is just about done, the temperature is PERFECT - the sun is shining....AHHHH....we are getting really close to that time and I LOVE it!!

I would have to say SPRING!! I get spring fever and start to plant flowers and veggies. I have some tomatoes and herbs started now!

Spring all the way. I think it's because we've just been through the winter, and the days are longer, and even though I wake up at 4 am, I feel like it's "okay" to stay up a little later since the sun is still up :-)

Actually I like all, especially spring.. But I like most is summer...

I love Spring! I am a flower nut and love to see all the bushes, plants and trees start blooming. The neatest thing is that here in NC we have Spring (Spring in Charlotte is gorgeous!) and then when we head North to NJ we get to experience another Spring. What fun!

FALL!!! I love the season, with such beautiful colors, as well as the time I'm getting married to my best friend :)

Where I live now, in SE AZ, I love Monsoon Season, which usually starts near the 4th of July and lasts about 6 weeks. The pouring rain, the exquisite lightening shows, the fabulous rainbows...

I live in the Western N.Y. area and sometimes winters are pretty bad. So my favorite season is summer, probably because it seems so short and I love the heat. I love having the 4 seasons to choose from though :-)

As much as I don't like the cold, I love the smell of cold crisp winter days.

Summer! I love the beach :)

Fall!! I really love it. I like the autumn leaves and the cold wind.

It has components of the summer, which is leaving......and the winter, which is approaching.

Plus - Halloween is the start of Candy Season!

I love Spring and early summer. It always amazes me how magically things come back to life after winter. I love getting my hands dirty planting and seeing my potted plants and baskets overflow with color.
I also can start to take my laptop outside with me and sit under my umbrella. I love working from home. Getting outside is a great change of scenery. So Spring and early Summer are my favorites for sure. My only consolation is that I love wearing boots! And, they just are a bit toasty for summer!
My 3 dogs love Summer too. They hang outside as much as possible. I have a picture below of them enjoying the day:)

I have to say Winter and then fall. I really dislike being hot and sweating. I love sweaters and cold air. It is so refreshing and invigorating to me! I find summer to be draining and depressing because I can't go outside when it is so hot.

I have to say Spring with the crisp cool mornings and not so hot days just got to love it!

Definitely Fall . I hate all the bugs of summer.

Well I use to think it was summer, but not any more. Summer is a killer for me, why because I live in one of the hottest places on the earth, you guessed it.., Yuma Arizona! Yesterday the temperature was a balmy 110 degrees! :eek:


Well I guess for now it would be winter. Around here winter is very nice., We get lots of people all over the cold climates who migrate here in the winter. (They leave in the summer, smart huh?)

Hi, My favorite season is early fall as there are many ripe fruits, crops & nuts. Cider making, harvest festivals, wine making and weather getting cooler. I like the weather changing and more wind for sailing too.

Fall is my favorite - all two weeks of it that we have in Arkansas :( I love the falling leaves and the start up of the holiday season.

Absolutely hate the Arkansas summer, it has been 109 - 115 degrees the past few days!

Gotta go w/Fall as well...at least where I live here in Eastern Washington..."Summer" is just too damn hot..and the winter is just too damn cold!

I hate living where it snows..Miss living in SF, where I was born/raised. Gotta love a place where one can play golf pretty much year round! ;-)

I love the changes between the seasons and the variety here in the UK. OK, the weather is not that reliable(!), but I love the cold crisp winters, the spring flowers, the warm (not so hot) summers and the beautiful autumn colours. I just couldn't live anywhere that didn't have that variety (though ask me again on a wet, dark November day when the kids are driving me bonkers and I might reconsider!)

I hate the heat, because it just becomes unbareable. So winter or fall are my favorites. Not only that I love to watch the snow fall.

Shouldn't this be a poll? I like the fall best when the air cools down and the kids are back in playschool!

I've got to pick fall too. The air is warn enough in the day to be outside and have fun cool enough you aren't roasting and sweating, especially at night. I also love the variety of colors and smells that are around. Plus that means we're done trimming the hedges (has to be done 3-4 times each summer.. it's insane))

I would have to say for me it is early fall when it is still warm in the day and cool at night. I love the colors of the leaves, pumpkins and gourds. The smells and the sound of the leaves crunching when you step on them. I try to make a trip down to Turkey Run State Park in Indiana, it is gorgeous this time of year. Always try to take a canoe trip while we are there because it is so serene.

Fall! I love fall! I also love early winter (holiday season) but Mid-January is when things go BLAHHHHHHHHHH, haha

Fall....pumpkins, apple cider, football, my Birthday, my Wedding, bonfires...the list goes on and on. I love the summer, but anxiously anticipate cool nights and hooded sweatshirts :)

I love the spring, because it's a nice change from the cold winter and I love fall because it's a nice change from our very hot, humid summers :)

Summer. It's much different than I'm used to here, though. Here it lasts 6 months, with temperatures between 96 and 103, high humidity and frequent thunderstorms. Our autumn chill is the first low temperature of under 70.

Since I live in the tropics I only know two Seasons, Summer and Rain. And I love the rain, no matter how wet it is ^^

Though as anyone from the tropics would be, I dream of seeing and feeling the Snow. Winter is definitely my favorite season even if I've never experienced it before.

Spring, Summer, Fall in that order. Not a fan of winter.

I tend to like all the seasons in their turn. By the time Summer is over I'm ready to stop watering the lawn and start cleaning up leaves. When Fall turns to Winter I enjoy that I have a warm home and don't need to go out too much. By Spring I'm ready to get out and do the things I couldn't or didn't want to do outside in the Winter. By Summer I'm ready for wearing shorts and having a barbeque.

Summer. Love the sunshine and the warmth. Can always find shade or airconditioning if it gets to warm.

Today's season is Fall. I love the autumn leaves. So very beautiful with bright colors.

Either spring or summer. Spring if it is a warm one with not too much rain. Summer if spring is cold and wet lol

I would say Spring since it's not too cold and not too hot. It gets pretty hot here in Texas.

I like winter season.

I love Autumn. It's a combination of things that make me love Autumn the most. The weather (not too hot or cold, right in between), the beautiful array of colors on the trees, and it's the beginning of football season.

I love the Spring! You can wear shorts but wear a sweater at the same time and no one laughs at you! LOL

I like summer because it's warm and you can do a lot outside. I live in MN which can be a little chilly other times of the year (4 below zero the other night).

Spring used to be my favorite season. But now in January the high today was 52 in Michigan, so maybe winter is my favorite season. Things are so topsy-turvy now...Geez!

Winter is great! I live in Florida so at Christmas I was comfortable in a tank top lol

Definitely Spring! Nothing beats the feeling you get in Spring. A new start after a long and cold winter - beautiful blossoming flowers make me new feel so happy. I love pulling out those warmer weather, lighter clothes after wearing all the bulky clothes in winter. It is so refreshing! As you can tell - I can't wait for Spring LOL!

I love spring and summer. Although right now winter isn't all that bad.

I'm a 4 season kinda gal, but Spring has a special place in my heart.

I prefer autumn the best. The smell of the crispy crunchy leaves under my feet and the changing colors. It's lovely.

I love all of the seasons - Fall - pretty leaves and gentle winds, Winter - Christmas and good cheer in the air, Spring - beautiful flowers, plants, etc. but I think my favorite is Summer - vacations, swimming, barbeques and more!

When it's 100+ degrees out, I prefer winter. When everyone is sick during the winter, I prefer summer...funny how that works haha

I am definitely a fan of Spring. I'm not sure if it's because I am a Spring baby or not but it's nothing like that very first day of Spring. You walk outside and take a deep breath in and exhale..... Phew. It's one of the best feelings for me. Especially since we have such horrible winters.

I grew up near the beaches, so I love Spring (that Spring Fever feeling)!! I also love Fall since I get to wear boots and sweaters & drink hot chocoloate by the fire. Guess that's why I love the South ... I get to experience all the seasons! :)

For me it's a toss up between fall and spring. I love the smells and colors of fall! But I also love the newness and the flowers of spring!

My favorite would have to be spring because of all the flowers and the promise of warm weather, summer vacations, and lots of fun outdoor activities. I love the outdoors. My least favorite is winter.

I'd have to say Spring - living in AZ, the summers do get a little hot to be outside without being in the pool.

I live in Florida, and my favorite season is winter. It's when it's nice and cool (average high of 75 degrees during the day). When we lived up north, my favorite seasons were late spring through early fall. :)

I would have to say that its a tie between spring and fall. I mean c'mon, who doesn't love a beautiful 75 degree clear sky spring day? Or a crisp, clean, slight breeze fall night? Winter would be next (I love the snow) and summer is last ( the heat is just awful).

Anything other than cold weather. :rolleyes: Spring & Summer it is.

I love autumn. It's not as hot as summer, but the earth is still warm. The sunlight and the colors of the leaves are just gorgeous.

I like spring the best. I like my temperature to be around 70 degrees or so...not too hot and not too cold.

Spring and Fall are my favorites. It just feels so great outside!

Now i am waiting for the spring to come! Well, i like this waiting... that is my favorite season!

summer- really enjoy the sun, water sports and getting a nice tan. Can't get that any other time of the year where I live.

After a hot summer, there is nothing more cozy than the feeling of crispness when those autumn days come. The smells of cinnamon and spices in the kitchen, the early snow, the fire in the wood stove. Cozy. Picking apples, harvesting the garden, wearing sweaters again... =) Plus it's my favorite holiday season, and not because of Hallowe'en!

I love Spring. The fresh flowers and smells just bring everything to life. Even the rain is a nice treat here in Southern California.

I love the Fall. The crispness in the air and all the colors... So fleeting yet so lasting in memory...

I must say that by the time it is time for the next Season, I'm ready for the change - I think Summer, when it is extremely hot, is my least favorite. There is something exciting and new about each season

Autumn is my favorite, I live in Ohio where the humid heat is extreme and the winters can be a pain. Autumn is just right, slightly chilly, but not enough too bundle up in layers, the colors are amazing, and the aroma of fireplaces burning fills the air :)

I love spring when all the flowers are blooming, leaves on the trees finally growing and little lambs being born - nature seems to be waking up from deep sleep.

Expectations for great weather are not high....therefore I don't feel upset when it rains all day in spring.

We only have one season here in Florida...lol I really love Winter because we get a little break from the heat :0)

I love Spring. The flowers/vegetables starting to grow, the birds chirping. It feels like I can begin all over again.

It depends on where I am! Spring in Atanta, where I live now, is nothing short of spectacular. In the Northeast, where I'm from, it's most definately FALL. Crisp air, colorful leaves, the heat coming on for the first time. And my flannel shirts--I just love them!

My favorite season has always been summer. I love the relaxed feeling of not having the rush around in the morning and getting the kids to school, spending time outdoors, letting the kids play outside until bedtime and BBQing almost every night!

Living in South Florida where the weather is mostly hot, I enjoy Fall, Winter and the beginning of Spring if it's cool enough. Late Spring and Summer are just too hot here.
