Hey Everyone:
Ok, I want to get a case of candles to start "smelling" around, lol
What scents do you think would be good to get me going? I could use all the help I can get.
Also if you are introducing someone in the business, what info do you give them in a packet?
Thanks so much, You are all the best smileys/smiley32.gif

Hi, Denise...I'm brand new, so not at all a pro, but I can share what I bought for my first case.
I took "the long way around" as it turns out because what I did was
read through all the old posts on here, and every time someone
mentioned a scent that was a great seller, I wrote down the name. Next
time I found it mentioned again, I put a tally beside it, then when I
was ready to order a case, I chose among the ones with the most tallies.
After I did all that, I discovered that the best selling scents are
already listed by the company--I think it was on the message board in
the back room, but don't remember for sure.
Anyway, I ordered one of each of these in my first case, according to the number of tallies they had received, lol:
Angel Wings
Cinnamon Tea
French Lavender (which I thought I'd hate, because I can't stand the smell of lavender, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the candle!)
French Vanilla
Fresh Linen
Hot Apple Pie
Lilac
Rain
Sex On The Beach
Strawberry Kiwi (another one I thought I wouldn't like, but it is DELISH!)
Tequila Sunrise
Sweet Orange & Chili Pepper (the first Mia Bella I ever smelled, and I am hooked!)
I don't know what to include in an information packet yet though.
Hope this helps!

When I send out a package to someone that's inquiring about the business, I send a brief intro letter (customized from the Burn and Earn campaignfrom Lise and John's forum)that says:
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">As promised, I am enclosing some of our wonderful Mia Bella scent samples. I’m sure you could smell them even before you opened the envelope!<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />[/B]
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">[/B]
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">I included our signature scent “Sweet Orange & Chili Pepper” as well two other popular winter and spring favorites. The Sweet Orange & Chili Pepper is a really popular scent and it comes in our candles, our Bella Bars and also our Bella Hand <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Wash</st1:place></st1:State> in a convenient pump dispenser.[/B]
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">[/B]
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Take a serious look at Scent-Sations as a home business or pass it on to someone you know who is looking for something they can work at from home. The candles practically sell themselves, and this business is FUN! You won’t find another business like it with such a low start-up cost. [/B]
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">[/B]
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">If you ever have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.[/B]
I enclose a brochure along with three different scent samples - I also enclose the CD that has the rundown of the business opportunity.

Hey Denise!smileys/smiley17.gif
It looks like Becky hit some great best sellers.
Also, if you go to Page Three here, click on the thread entitled, "Okay, Mia Bella Lovers...." and you will see a lot of our resident Mia Bella Lovers Choices.
Isn't this a fun "business?"smileys/smiley2.gif
I hope you're feeling bettersmileys/smiley27.gif
