Hello,
I am having an open house next Saturday. I have a few ideas of my own but want to see what yours are. You all are so creative!!!
Also what are some ways to present the votives when I give them away as gifts? Something easy and inexpensive please. My funds are tight right now after buying all my supples I need!! smileys/smiley1.gif

Pam,
They have some great votive boxes on www.sunshinecontainer.com (http://www.sunshinecontainer.com).
I like the Sparkling Clear Acetate ones at the bottom of the votive boxes page.
Hope this helps.

You can decorate the votives up (I'd include a cheap snug votive holder as well - something like 50 cents from wal mart) with a cello bag, tie it up with some frilly ribbon and attach your business card as a tag with your info on one side, the candle scent and a blurb about the candle of the month club on the other side.
If you don't have cello bags, what would work as a nice replacement is the saran type wraps - some even come colored - it will do in a pinch!

Hi, this is also an inexpensive way.. not really dressing them up.. but they will look cute in the sachet bags... they have a variety of colors .. there satin and slip the votive in and pull the string. Make up a cute basket and put a few in there... they sell them at Michaels..smileys/smiley1.gif

smileys/smiley1.gifAn even cheaper route, buy a couple yards of toulle (sp?) (about $3 or less) cut in square, wrap around the votive and have about 2 inches extra so the top has a fan of toulle. Secure with clear rubber bands found in the hair accessory isle in Walmart or dollar store. Very pretty and you could dress it up with ribbon too. I like it better than cello smileys/smiley1.gif
I used these to decorate my booth's and it is very prettyandlooks impressive.
Good luck!smileys/smiley32.gifEdited by: lovethiscandle

The cool thing about the toulle is that it will allow the scent to flow more freely out of the wrapping! Granted, the scent flows freely no matter what it's wrapped in it seems smileys/smiley36.gif
