All,
I own a home staging company - I am in the process of publishing a "Do-it-yourself Home Staging" booklet. My idea is to offer this book to realtors so they can give to their prospective clients. I have not yet priced this book, however it will be for a small, inexpensive fee.
For all of you realtors out there, or prospective realtors (!!), would you be interested in purchasing something like this to give to your clients ? This booklet would be an easy to navigate, informative, checklist orientated type of document. I am yet to consider whether to offer it in a digital, downloadable format, OR, an actual hardcover type of booklet/document.
Any feedback on this idea is VERY much appreciated !
