Hi,

My friend and are new consultants. We are selling the nutrimin line to our friends and family, mostly at work. We would like to make a profit. What do you think about giving out the samples, telling our customers they can get 20% off, then if they love the product (which i know they will) start to speak to them about working for the company and becoming a consultant for $29 and 35% off all purchases? Would this be a good sales approach?

We don't want to 'screw' our first customers, but do want to make some money as well.

Thanks for the input!

please don't think that you will be "screw"ing your first customers because you charge full retail... kinda devalues the products when you think that way, kwim? Don't get me wrong, I know everyone lovesa discount, but these products ARE worth full retail price and then some, it's your job to teach your clients that. If you think the products aren't worth their value, then neither will your clients. IMHO, kwim?

I think that will work just fine! As long as you give great customer service they will be thrilled once they are hooked on the line and then get to get the huge discount! Plus, by then, they will probably know more of what they want w/ their $100 for $20. Most of the time, I pick the products for people b/c they have no idea!
