As a Virtual Sales Representative in Salt Lake City, Ut. you will represent one of our premier clients in the wireless industry to establish relationships via phone and email with assigned retail locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with dealers, retailers and carriers to promote client products
• Promote client software, messaging, partner programs and device sales through retail locations
• Profile and tier existing stores
• Facilitate and present during virtual trainings
• Conduct calls to determine interest and drive carrier and retail stores to proactively sell client products
• Utilize MarketStar Sales Methodology to drive sales of client software, technical support and devices
• Manage a territory & ensure all campaign messaging is delivered
• Tier or rank stores as appropriate and provide additional support and communication
• Enter all reporting into database in accurate and efficient manner
• Proper execution of customer needs and requests
• Provide inbound and outbound carrier/dealer support
• Distribute POP, dummies, sales collateral, etc…
• Drive campaigns, promotions and other initiatives as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least one year of previous phone or wireless sales experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with strong sense of teamwork
• Affinity for technology required (Wireless experience preferred)
• Must have proficiency with various software application programs including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook
