DSG Associates, Inc. has a mystery shop that can be completed from the comfort of your home! The shop consists of calling an auto insurance office and obtaining a auto quote over the phone from a specific employee. There is an easy to complete visit report with yes or no and multiple choice questions, regarding the service you received from the employee. The shop can be reported online or over the phone by calling our office.
These shops are available in KS, MO, AR, & LA. Since these shops are done over the phone, you may be able to qualify no matter what part of the state that you live in.
