What are your favorite MOTIVATIONAL CD'S to listen to make you want to aspire to higher leadership levels? I am looking at getting some more to add to my collection.

I wish I would have asked this question, when I was getting started!
First of all...before you move up the Leadership Ladder...I would get my hands on Julie Anne Jones's Office on the GO, it is FABULOUS!! I am quite sure after receiving it last week, my biz would have grown so much more, had I used her principles on organization from the start! No more misplaced leads or piles on my desk/kitchen counter! Julie Anne also provides 'Powerful Language' scripts for Booking, Selling & Recruiting. I just love her!
After I that, I would go with Shari Hudspeth's From Average to Excellence Training-Phenominal!! She gives you a Road-map for success and scripts.
And after I was dialed in on Shari's Leadership trainings, then I would dive into Social Media...
I would do Jennifer Fong's Social Media for Direct Sales. She takes the guess-work out of using Social Networking to grow your business.
I have been in the biz, as a leader for almost 4 years and these 3 professional, experienced trainers have guided me along the path to success! I have earned 4 incentive trips and been in the Top 10 for sponsoring, sales, and team sales...and I attribute my successes to these 3 Fabulous Trainers!!!
Their trainings/coaching is well worth the investment, which isn't much.
