Ok ladies, heres a question I've got for you. Now, I know that on Sunday there will be a conference call but my group is having a series so I wont be able to make it. However, I'm wanting to know how to close at my spa. You know, what to say what to do? I think your first 30 seconds and yoru last 3 minuts are very important when doing a show. The only thing I have so far is that at the beginning have them fill out little slips (with name, number, email, birthday ect...) on them and do a drawing at the end.

I believe the call is Monday night?!?!
If I can find it, I will copy the script I got from someone else, and post it here. It will probably be tomorrow before I get a chance to do it.

I have a script too. I will also post it online.
The conference call is next Monday night (March 27) at 9 PM Eastern and Tuesday (March 28) at 1 PM Eastern. I always try to post the days and times on the Sunday before as a reminder!
