Do any of you use this type of service as a way to get training ideas out to the field?
I'm familiar with GoldMail, I'm wondering what else is out there.
I'm thinking of going beyond regular e-mail and even beyond conference calls and having some "on demand" training videos available.
As always I value your input. You guys have helped me more times than I can count.
TIA

I have been told to give SKYPE a try. Consultants can watch you in action. Just like they are in your house. A friend uses it and lets her consultants watch her make phone calls so they can hear her words and how she answer questions, etc... She also skypes in people to her meetings to help train her team.

We use go to meeting. You can record your trainings. It is different than putting a cam on your computer, etc..much like follow me with what you are doing on your computer.
There are places like ustream you can upload a video and share...and of course you tube. If you need it private, not sure whether that is possible on those sites.
