Day one of Spring break! I know what you mean!smileys/smiley2.gif
I think you have to decide which company's guidelines, policies, etc. fit what you are looking for. For instance, I'm with TLC, and we don't have the high monthly quota, but-as with almost any direct sales company-if you want to build a business, move up in the ranks, have a team, etc. there will be a monthly "quota" to maintain your rank.
However, if you are just looking to join as a hobbyist, for the discount and Consultant benefits, then our$25 every6 months rule would better fit your budget. It all depends on what you are looking for in a company.
There-I rambled too-smileys/smiley36.gifHope it made sense.

Oh. now that's unfair! Especially if they didn't send home any sort of notice, it shouldn't be held against her-I'd make an inquiry about that!
As far as deciding about which company to join, are you interested as a hobbyist for the discount? Or is there an interest in building a scrapbook business? You'll have different questions you'll want to askabout acompany depending onyour reasons for wanting to join.
I have found TLC to be a very flexible company, that's what made it such a great fit for me. It's great that we do haveso manychoices now with so many scrapbook companies. I say write out what it is you are looking for in a company and find one that best fits your objectives.
smileys/smiley9.gifMy shameless pitch: I'd be happy to send you more detailed information if you want to PM me your email address.
Take care,
