Everyone,
In a pervious post I started making Gel Candles. Any way what are some of the scents that are really popular? I am doing a Craft show the first of April and wanting to expand my scents. Right now I do ROSE, MULBERRY, SPICED APPLE, VANILLA, LAVENDER, Eucalyptus, Sugar Cookies. Any other scents I should concider.

I do ALOT of craft shows and my friend always has a booth next to me - she sells candles - it is strange because she is never sure what to have on hand ,if there is a canival with the show she sells alot of the patchouli (sp?) scents - if it is centered more towards the older adults she sells more of the lavander, lilac, flowery scents and a few of the baked scents - the younger folks like the baked(banana nut bread, cigar cookies, wedding cake, cinnamon buns)and then the fruity( mango, pinapple cilantro, blueberry, strawberry) also what she sells depends on the time of year - she also sells alot of the clean scents - downey, clothesline etc - It seems to just really depend - make certain if you can get the customers a different scent that you let them know you can ship or hand deliver to them, if they are close enough
Best of luck to you - have fun with it - be certain to cover your tables to the ground, (hides stock boxes under table) had some height to your display, have your biz cards sitting on the table, put some sort of sign on your table to make certain people walking either way down the row can see your Biz name and what you have

My favorite scents right now are Sun Porch (lemonade), Orange Push Up, Granny's Garden (almost like the smell of grass and flowers) and anything fresh and clean smelling.
