Right now I just eyeball mine and keep a handwritten list of things to order. But I ran across QT Inventory (http://www.qtinventory.com/), which seems to work well with but is not affiliated with Mary Kay and InTouch. I'm not ready to spend the monthly fee, but it looks like a neat system.
Have you found a reason to use a more complex inventory system then just eyeballing it and handwritten notes? :p If so, what do you do?

I found keeping too much inventory to be a pain in the neck. A minimal amount of best sellers stays fresh, takes up less room,, and keeps the bank book happy. ( It helps to have 1 or 2 trustworthy trading resources)

I use Boulevard to keep track of my inventory, customers, and team members. Honestly I couldn't run my business without it. The best feature relating to inventory is that once you set your ideal inventory (what you always want to have on hand) with a click of a few buttons the order of products you need is transfered to Intouch.
