Hello everyone!
I can't believe how fast the days are flying by! What do you want to focus on for next week's calls? I apologize for not getting the summary out there from the last set of calls. It has been busy here!
I promise to get the next summary out in a timely fashion as well as some of the highlights from the last call.
Sunday I will post a reminder for the calls! As always, all new consultants on the board are welcome to join! I need your Director's name or you webpage when you PM!
Have a great night!!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Maybe we could focus on our close at the Spa.
Verbage can make a huge difference.
Wish I could be on the call, I will be in Missouri that week for Spring Break. I am doing some Spas while I am home. I hope to recruit a few more.smileys/smiley4.gif

Have a great time Tess! Hopefully it will be warmer when you get there. We had snow up here today and my Sister reported it was pretty cold in St. Louis. We went from tornadoes to snow in a week's time. I think we are going to havea wild spring!
I did get a closing verbage from my Director I could share. Sounds like a great topic!
Any other ideas? Don't be shy! This is a call to discuss the issues along with our successes!

I am excited abou this conference call! I am so glad you do that. This is a great community to find.smileys/smiley1.gif I would love help with closing the spa. And, along those lines, how you move into taking orders. My director does an open group relaxed feeling thing, instead of meeting one on one in a seperate room. I like the idea and feel of the relaxed ending, but unfortunately it is harder to do recruiting, and encourage booking in that setting. Yes, I will be on that call!smileys/smiley32.gif

Angela,
I know what you mean about how you feel that your director does the open group feeling. I don't mind if people give me their orders in front of others. I never announce their total. But I cannot put people on the spot in front of others. I have seen 2 reps from different companies do this and it's almost shocking. I think it takes some nerve to ask someone that b/c you know the "victim" is thinking what everyone else is going to think when they say yes or no. It's kind of a deer in headlights situation.
I always remember our video and one of the reps actually approaches each woman seperately in front of the others. "What would you like to take home?" One of the reps from another company said, "Which party would you like to do?" I wish I had said, "A BC one! How about you? I'm available...." Please know I am kidding. I could never bring myself to do that!

The topic for our next conference call will be on closing our spa parties and what to say!
This is a great topic!
Thanks for the suggestions! If you have a script that you follow, please discuss it on the call! I have one and will get it out to everyone soon.
