I am in the process of looking for a bath and body company. I am looking for a company that has high value for the consultants and a great plan for both the consultant and hostess. I am also looking for a person who will support me in my new business. I want someone to sign up with that can support me and be a great leader.
Can you help?

Thank you. I did see that one too. I have read the pm, great information. I need to be able to read and concentrate. The little ones are keeping me on my toes today. Hard to pay attention and find that fit.

Thanks to you both. I am in the process of taking it all in. I do have a few questions... I may have missed the answers.
1. What is required to stay active?
2. How do you decided who you sign up with? Do I need to sign with someone here in Va or can I choose one of you on the board?
3. I play the taxi alot in my home, is thisa product that I can market on the go pretty easy? I have done other plans that you can not do that with.
4. How is the home office about support? Can I call, does a leader have to call?
5. How long does it take once you place an order to receive it?
6. How often do you get paid? Is direct deposit available?
thanks.

For Country Bunny, you stay active by maintaining
$300 in qualified product sales every six
months.
You can choose to sign with anybody you choose. I
would say that 85% of my team is out of state and we
all get the same benefits and same training. If you
are in another state, we try to hook you up with local
meetings, but you are free to sign with whomever
you choose and who "feels" best to you.
I'm a taxi mom too. I have 3 kids and it seems that
each of them is going in a different direction several
times a day. If what you mean is having inventory in
your car for on the spot sales, that's what I do! I didn't
do this until I had a craft show and got lazy. I left my
product in the back of my van. At one of my kids'
events, I was talking about the opportunity and the
products and I ended up selling items right out of my
van. Just like a mobile store! smileys/smiley36.gif I don't keep in all
in there all the time, especially now with the temps
reaching over 97 degrees. If that's not what you
meant, just let me know.
The "Hutch" is awesome. You can call anytime you
wish! During their working hours, the same ladies
are always going to be the ones you talk with and
you will begin to know their voices and they will get to
know yours. You won't be a number... but a real
person that they care about and do a great job at
supporting!
I can place an order on Monday, have it on
Wednesday or Thursday. If I place it over the
weekend, it will take another day or so. I am in Ohio
and I always have my boxes within about 3 or 4 days.

Once a month. They send out checks on the 7th and I usually have mine by the 10th. They do not do direct deposit. But I wish they would!
If you also become a HOP Certified Fundraising Coordinator and have a fundraiser that you get a commission off of, that check is mailed separately (but on the same date).
Country Bunny is a great company to be a rep. for. Especially when you find a team to be a part of that you "click" with.

yeah, we are a friendly bunch!
The lotion bar is made of beeswax, vitamin E, safflower oil, almond oil, etc.
It is round and looks like soap, only it is just lotion in solid
form! You rub it on and leave it on. Its especially good
for really dry areas like elbows, heels, knuckles, and knees.smileys/smiley2.gif

Ooops! Missed your last question. We do get paid
each month and direct deposit is not available at this
time.....
The lotion bar is meant to seal in what you have on
your skin already... so if you were to moisturize with a
body silk or shea butter, top it off with the lotion bar
and it will seal in the lotion and you can wash your
hands a few times and the lotion will not wash down
the drain. Of course it can be used alone as well...
but it's great to know that your moisturizer isn't being
wasted each time you wash.
I sell a ton of these to nurses and daycare workers...
anybody who washes their hands over and over
again throughout the day. :)

Wow!
I am thinking I like this.
Now, I have talked to several of you. The hardest decision is going to be, which way do I go. None of you are in Va....so that does not make it easier.
What makes you a great leader?
Does the company do monthly incentives for hostess and/or customers?
What do you think the hardest part of being a rep with Country Bunny is? Easiest?
Are there monthly meetings that are required to be with the company?
enough for now...maybe later.

Well, if I may, I would like to tell you the answers to the questions in regards to my sponsor Shannon.
What makes her a great leader?
That she ALWAYS has these great new ideas! if I am in a slump or
something she doesn't just say "Oh you can do it" She says "You
can do it, and HERE is how"smileys/smiley2.gif
She is also really intune with her team, I speak with her several times
a week, and a lot of times several times in a day. If you are
iffy on who to choose, you can NOT go wrong with Shannon (and no she
doesn't know I am writing this!smileys/smiley36.gif)
Company incentives (monthly) for hostesses or customers....not so much.
Though often times we do have special gift sets available. We had
one for women around Mothers day and donated part of the sales from
each gift set to charity. We also had one for men, and now we
have a set and ifyou buy it you get an extra body butter for free!
A lot of reps will do their own incentives though....like all the July
hostesses get a Bar Soap, or put in a drawing for Bath Beads, etc.
Shannon has some "hoppin" stuff on her website right now!
Hardest part of being a rep for ME is getting pple to actually BOOK a
show. Most pple want to order but feel too busy for shows.
Not everyone has this problem though...some bunnies are doing12 shows a
month! Easiset thing for me about being a rep---
hmmm, sending orders is really hassle-free. I used to rep for a different company and it took hours to send in an ordersmileys/smiley19.gif,
but CB makes it really easy. Also they have incentives for reps
for different things that are pretty attainable, like ifyou sold 20
Mothers Day set you got a logo ball cap.
If you sell $300 in the first 60 days you get a completer set of lots of full size products, etc
No meetings are required. They are nice to go to though. My
sponsor lives on the east coast and I am in the midwest, so I
"cottontail" on meetings in my town with other bunnies, and do TNT
calls with my actual upline.
Sorry, I feel like I wrote a book.smileys/smiley32.gif LOL
Anyway, good luck picking a rep...if you decide to do CBBB

Wow... what makes me a great leader?
I think we are all on an eternal path of learning and
that goes for new reps and leaders alike. If you were
to sign with me, you could be promised as much
one on one attention as you need, and all of the
training, encouragement and support that you would
require to take your business off the ground and
make it a successful and profitable career. I gain so
much from watching the ladies in my downline grow
and achieve! Some reps don't require as much one
on one help, some need more in the beginning. I
even have some that don't need much at all and just
hit the ground running. Everyone is different and I try
my best to meet everybody's needs. I can usually pull
out a creative and fun way of getting someone out of
a slump and getting them motivated again!
Every few months we have special incentives. For
instance, this month we have a sign on incentive that
I told you about... and for hostesses, there's always a
current incentive bonus when their shows meet
certain sales goals. I love how CBBB mixes up and
changes the incentives so that they are always fresh
and new. One of my favorites has been the Golden
Hostess Lotion Bar.... each lucky bar is a winner and
goes to the hostess for free when her show closes
at $400 or more.LOVE that deal!
The easiest part of being with CBBB for me is
sponsoring and helping my downline meet their
goals. That has come easily for me. smileys/smiley4.gif The
hardest part... well it would have to be dragging
myself away from this computer and these WAHM
boards and spending more time with the family in
the evenings! I'm getting better about that though.
smileys/smiley36.gif Time management.... I'm working on it.
None of the meetings are required.. but all are
recommended. They are all strong learning
opportunities and are in place to help you grow your
business. I strongly urge everyone to at least listen
to the lifeline calls on your computers if you cannot
make the Welcome Home meetings or be in on the
TNT calls each month. They change those monthly
as well.
Good luck with your decision!

I made an error and deleated all the pm's that I got. I was trying to just have the ones related to this company and not all the others. A few more questions...
A couple of you have mentioned building a team...how does that work. Is it easy to move up the ladder? I have been with other ds companies that it was hard.
I saw the company motto on the site, what does that mean to you? "Improving lives, one lotion bar at a time." The ladies that they have on their seem to have a passion for this. That is what I want. I am thinking that the more you love what you do, the more successful you can be.
This seems like a good fit for my family. Alot of questions, but I want to be informed. Payday is next week!!!

I'll bet you had a ton of PMs!
Regarding team building....
When you have 1-2 people on your team, you earn
5% commission on their sales. You are still an
Independent Representative. Add another bunny to
your team and you get promoted to Associate Rep
and now you are making 8% off of your downline's
sales. When you have a total of 12 on your team,
which may include bunnies that your downline
bunnies have sponsored themselves, then you are
promoted again to Managing Rep.
I think sponsoring and promoting in CBBB is very
easy. For me, I was promoted to Managing Rep
within the first 5 months of being in the business.
Everyone is different and everyone has different
strengths and weaknesses.
Regarding the motto.... for me, I was searching for
something to call my own.... wanting to be known as
something more than someone's mommy and
someone's wife. When a "hobby" turned into
something much bigger and I was actually earning a
nice income from this, I realized that this did in fact
change my life. Now I know that I can do the same
for other women who are looking to fill that
"something's missing" spot in their own lives.smileys/smiley2.gif
Hope that helped!

All I can say is that my downline is improving my life. :) Just look what Tammy wrote. I am so happy to have had an affect on her that way.
CBBB is like any other business, there wil be ups and downs. Sometimes I am disappointed when I have not met a certain goal, but what is wonderful is that I have a team who doesn't just rely on me to provide them support...but they also support me. I do hope that my team feels I am more than just a sponsor, but a friend too. smileys/smiley1.gif

iliv4kidz,
You ARE a person, so I hope you don't feel like you are being fed to the sharks. smileys/smiley36.gifSeriously, ask away with questions and if there is someone you would rather speak direct with, then just let us know. We can all respect that.
To answer your question, yes, you have to sell $300 per month to qualify for your downline commissions. If you don't sell $300 you don't qualify for your dl commissions, however, you still get your personal commission on what you have sold/purchased. Does that make sense?

I was knocked offline by our storms yesterday and my ISP has been off for almost 24 hours now. I'm at a friend's house checking emails. I didn't see all of these posts until now... but I'm very happy to hear that you'll be joining us! Congratulations!!
