So far, not so good. I still haven't received payment for the three weeks of heavy work I did. I've received numerous email and one phone call promising that the money was "in process" but that's the same story I heard last week. At least they are making the effort to stay in contact. This suggests they want to make good on our contract. I'll let you know if they do. Till then, you might want to be wary.

So sorry to hear about this. They sounded like a good option and maybe they still are. I hope that it turns out they are just going through some financial pains and that they live up to paying you.
