Hello Ladies (and Gentlemen!)
Ok, I've faxed in my COTM application and should be officially recognized as a Scent-Sations Independant Distributor either later today or tomorrow! YIPPPEEE - I'm soooo excited about this new business!
Now, with my head swimming with ideas, I'm ready to focus on my first"campaigns".I have ideas where to start, but I am always looking for something new to try. Thus - gift baskets.
I'd like to make up a couple Mothers Day themed gift basketsto showat parties and businesses. I've never put together gift baskets before so I'm a bit lost as to what I can put in them besides candles. Any ideas for Moms??
Then, how about gift baskets for Dad? Ideas?

Here's a few thoughts. In addition to the candles (jar - or votives - but include a snug holder if you do votives) you could do these:
Have an assortment of teas, a nice mug, some tea cookies, graham crackers, etc. If the tea is loose tea, then a nice strainer as well - maybe some sweetners as well
Coffee - need I say more? LOL! Coffee, mug, a couple creamers, sweetner packages, coffee cakes... hmmmm...flavored coffee drops.... I'm sure there are other goodies that can go in there
Relaxation - bubble bath stuff, loofa, body lotions, etc
Food - assortment of easy to fix muffins, breads, chili, soups, etc.
I'm sure some of the more creative ladies will be posting better ideas than mine LOL!

Yes good ideas Sandy!! Glad to have you back by the way!!
I would choose some candles and then make a theme around them. Maybe a Lavendar candle with spa type things, or a the white choc coffe or cinn tea candle with coffe and tea as sandy said.
What about a SOCP candle with chili pepper themed items.
Maybe a baby powder with baby stuff for a mommy to be or new mommy!!
