I just posted my newest recipe, using Wildtree products on my Facebook Fanpage and thought I'd share it here, as well. Enjoy...

4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 habanero or jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp of Wildtree Garlic Grapseed Oil
2 tbls 100% natural maple syrup
4 tsp Wildtree Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 lb pound or Tilapia, 3 to 4 filets

1. Combine all ingredients, except for fish, in a blender or food processor and puree.

2. Place fish in a bowl and coat with puree. Let marinate for at least one hour or up to all day.

3. When ready to cook, add a add a small amount of Wildtree Garlic, Natural or Jalapeno Grapeseed Oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add fish and cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

Serve with your favorite vegtables for a great tasting healthy meal!
