If you have sent in a question - how long does it generally take to get an answer back?
Thanks
Thanks

It depends on what department it goes to....compliance is normally 3 days. Computer folks...I still haven't hear back from them! Product info...less than 48 hours.
It's easier to just call. :D

I see a lot of inconsistencies with getting responses via email. Usually, a "second submission" type of email will trigger a response.

I gave my dad a product and he had a question about a warning on the label...
My dad called Arbonne and they told him to send an email, they couldn't answer it over the phone! He went to wherethey said to go, and he couldn't do it w/o my ID and since I do everything for him, he didn't have my ID.
I then called and got the same answer, they will not answer product questions over the phone -- sothe guysent me to email.
I then sent an email and it took a week for a reply -- and it didn't even answer my question...I know I've gotten excellent customer service in the past, but this was really frustrating!
So, in short...don't be surprised if it takes a week for a reply!
