Hi Lisa - I missed this post.
There is a list in your backoffice for "Allegrens". It lists which products contain tree nuts, wheat, shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, soybeans and both low salt and regular salt soldium products. This is a great reference guide. I carry it with me for reference when someone has a question.
