Declined Services Program Agent -- Contract Position
General Purpose
This position requires making outbound phone calls for specific automotive dealership’s customers assuming the role of a supervisor for follow-up on declined recommendations. The agent will determine why the work was declined, advise a plan to complete the work, and attempt to schedule an appointment to come back in the near future.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Learn call scripts
Prioritize recommendations before making the call
Call customers from a call list
Document customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Attempt to schedule an appointment in the near future to have the declined work done
Complete call logs
Working with multiple applications opened simultaneously
Make multiple calls to customers when necessary
Education and Experience
Automotive Repair knowledge (preferred but not required)
Proficient in relevant computer applications: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Good keyboard skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Key Competencies

Broadband high speed internet connection
Updated Software in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Headset with microphone
Compensation:
Salary: $10/hour minimum with additional incentives to target $15/hour according to performance
