Hi everyone!
Im a 23 yr old mother of 2, soon to be 3!
I have been a busy little bee the last few days reading and researching all over this forum in hopes to find a home business that I'm convinced isn't a scam and that will work for me.
I intitially said I wouldn't do MK or Avon because its SO popular and I figured there's probably already 5 MK reps on my block lol.
I was just curious how you all have success with such lage numbers?
Is it becasue the product is so known and trusted?
I've actually never used MK products (weird I know) lol.
Anyway Thanks in advance ladies for the help!

Hey,
Honestly, brand loyalty and recognition are HUGE in cosmetics. Where are you from? Do you have a consultant? I would be more than happy to answer any questions for you via PM. I could also send you some samples so you can try the product!

Are there any foundation samples? Im personally in search to find a good foundation with good coverage.
Thank you for the help!

I would need to be a little more creative with the foundation samples... I should be able to send some small amounts of mineral powder foundations, the liquid would be a little more difficult because they do not have packets, just full sized tubes.
I will PM you my e-mail and website information and we can chat more about what you need for the samples.

Hello! We do have liquid foundation samples. It is on the Section 2 of our site. Mary Kay offers various types of foundations, depending on your skin type and what type of coverage you need. Check out our mk websites so that you will see what MK offers. If you would like to pursue this career, skincare parties are the key to success. Our skincare line is very well known and unless someone tries the product, they won't know the advantages. I believe that you should try the products first. This will help you in your decision. Just because there are 5 people on the block doesn't mean that they are ALL working their business - some just sell to family and friends or just are personal consultants. If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.

I agree that although there may be other consultants in your area, that's only to your advantage. Your circle of friends and family may only overlap a little bit and you can branch out as far as you'd like through parties and networking. Plus, I believe Mary Kay had a saying, "If you have one idea and I have one idea, we each only have one idea. But when you and I share ideas we have two." Or, something to that effect. :D
