I know we can't sell the candles on Ebay, but does this go for any of the crafts or gift baskets we make from the votives too?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I couldn't find it addressed on
the website, and I didn't know if they treated crafts made from votives
any differently than putting the actual jars on there.
Or are they sticklers about keeping ALL of their products completely off Ebay?

I'm not 100% positive, but I think online auctions in any way shape or form, is a no-no.

I believe that is correct. No reselling or putting Mia Bella trade name on our personal web sites!!!
The reason we can't put Mia Bella put Mia Bella on our personal site is a legal issue. Selling on Ebay is probably a conflict of interest thing.

I was just wondering about the votives when we use them to create our
own gift baskets. Since there would be no labels on them, so people
wouldn't know what kind of candles they were, do the owners of the
company still not want them anywhere on Ebay?
I was just asking because I have an Ebay store, and gift baskets would
probably sell well there, but I will absolutely not even put one on
there if it's against the rules. Wouldn't want to get kicked out before

You need to ask Charlie Or Bob the owners of Mia Bella either by email or call customer service for help, the number is in back office. I don't know if you sold votives in your gift baskets & didn't mention the name Mia Bella is OK or if it's still forbidden.
It does get confusing!
