I'm having the company collect the sales tax from me. I was wondering what others are doing? Which way is better? I thought that it would be easier letting the company handle it. I'm so nervous about messing something up and getting into legal trouble. Also, my accountant said that I don't need a Federal Tax ID # I can file using my SS. Does this sound right?

I am also having the company do it for me. At this point, I do not want to add anything else to my plate. Messing it up is my biggest fear as well. LOL!
You have great by talking to you accountant about it. It really is up you as to how you want to handle it.
