All you ladies know I've been chewing at the bit to join MB. I finally have the opportunity to do so, and I can't join!


When I fill in the information for the online registration and hit submit, I get a Microsoft Internet Explorer message back saying"Invalid information entered - Invalid web address specified. Please correct these fields"


When I was fillingthe registration form, if I missed something, then I would get a message saying "invalid phone number, please re-enter". But this is a Microsoftpop-up. It's done the same on two different computers!


Could the submit be sending the information to an invalid website?


Of course, I tried the office and they are closed for the weekend


I tried calling mysponsor, but a child answered and it sounds like she is away - possibly to Spring Fling.


Did anyone else from Canada have difficulty using the online registration?


Can anyone offer assistance? This is heart-breaking after waiting for weeks tojoin. smileys/smiley19.gif

Hi Vicki,


I am sorry you are having a difficult time. Do you possible have another brower on your computer beside IE? Try that and see how things work out for you.

Vicki,

When you go in to register, are you registering from the CANADIAN, or the
AMARICAN page? If it is the US registration page, it will not work with your
phone number. Try by starting at the very beginning of your sponsor's
website, where you have to choose US or Canada and go from there.

I am definately joining with the Canadian form.


I guess I can fax my info in, but that won't give me immediate access to back office or make sure my selected website name is still available.


Actually, when I entered a name I was hoping for, I got a message saying it was already taken. So I went back and tried another. That's when I got the Microsoft popup.


I'm going to try one more time - on my laptop. Keep your fingers crossed for me ...

Nope - no luck.


I get the same message on my laptop too.


I get the feeling there is something wrong with the URL the information is being submitted to. For some reason, it can't get through.


I guess I better wait until the office opens on Monday. I can join over the phone, can't I?

The two ways to sign us as a cool Candle of the Monther are on your sponsor's website or by fax.


I always tell new Mia Bella partners to give me a call if there is any problem whatsoever in joining.


I would suggest that you call and email yours. I'm sure she'll be able to help you!
