Yes you can be a full time employee of 2 different companies using the same PF number or use the same SSN / NSSN / PAN number for your taxes
BUT / Provided the 1st company you sign up with does not have any such clause in the appointment/offer letter at the time of signing you.
Further more even if it is not mentioned in the letter - the nature of the business can not be the same or should not have any conflict of interest.pet stains (http://www.doggonecarpetcleaning.com) | carpet cleaning (http://www.doggonecarpetcleaning.com)

The rating compaines require that you sign an NDA - my advice to all of you is to READ IT because most of them state that you cannot work for a competing company.

You can work for how ever many companies you want, however you cannot work for 2 rating companies at the same time. It's against their policies.

Do here's a question along those same lines...
I have been working with company A for a few weeks now & company B just asked me to test. If I pass company B's test, can I quit A and start working for B? Would that be a violation?

I believe some companies in their policies have a set period of time before you start working for another, its best just to read what you sign. This isn't neccesarily rating companies I'm speaking of though. I haven't ever worked for a rating company, I was just recently invited to test for one though. Good luck and I hope you are able to figure it all out!
