I use to work this line I dont know if it has changed or not but when I did it the hours was kind of hard to get and you get pins if your aht is to long I never could get my aht down
If I was you I would check out wplh they have a folder and you can hear from current employees that might be able to give better advice

Crappy line, no hours, P!N happy p*ls. The goals are really hard to reach too.
