Hi everyone,

I am new. I have a quick question. My schedule adherence is not good score. But, I showed up to work, and the first night, my logins wouldn't work, so I had to call for help and by the time got it fixed my shift was over. They don't excuse this type of problem? Also, the next night I was scheduled to work 4.5 hours and I again showed up on time and the system was messing up, I would be on a call and trying to help a cust and it would erase everything I was doing, like the cus wasn't on the phone, when i called support they kept telling to logout and log back in and same problems kept arising. I thought these type of issues wouldn't impact my adherence. But the score is really bad and I don't want to be fired. Anyone with advice would be appreciated.

As long as you called a PAL and let them know what was going on, I think you should be fine.

Yeah, I'm with wife2mike ! Just make sure it's documented in a chat or via a PAL and you should be fine. Same exact thing happened to me and luckily I kept notes on the situation or I would've been srewed. Just be happy your schedule adherence is off because I got a written warning for the same thing. But, I got them to withdraw the written warning just by having those documented notes and a little copy/paste action....lol

Make sure you have and keep proof.
