Hello all! I just started with LF aprox 3 weeks ago. From day 1 I have not been able to get more than 1.8 Hours in before I get No Rating Tasks. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day I start, I get very abruptly cut off. I have other friends working for LF who rack in 8 to 10 hours a day (and continue to work after I get NRT). If I wait aprox 24 hours, I can get almost 2 more hours in before I get cut off. Another odd thing is when I get NRT, my Unresolved Tasks disappear. My other friends do not have this problem, so I'm assuming it's not normal. They're telling me that when they get NRT they can still see their Unresolved Tasks. Have any of you had this happen to you, or heard of this before? I emailed LF two weeks ago and still haven't received a reply. Is it possible that this is some kind of probationary period?

I wish I could answer your question but I am experiencing the exact same thing. I have been working since the end of February and have experienced this situation everyday since I started. I would love to know what is going on......

....but thank God it's not just me! I thought I was doing something wrong. Both of the friends I have working for LF have never even heard of a problem like this. I've scoured the web for an answer, but have ended up completely empty handed. Have you been able to get in more than 2 hours in a day?

I too have searched all over the web and haven't come up with anything! I can get in anywhere from 1 hr 45 min to 2 hrs 5 min, I then have NRT until the next day. It doesn't seem to matter if I work morning, day, or night. I have the same results everyday. I hear about people working 3,4, 5+ hours a day without a problem. I am a little dissapointed as I was hoping to get at least 4 hours a day. I am sorry you are experiencing the same thing... but I'm glad I am not going crazy :)

If I were you I would contact leapforce, it could be a glitch in the system that is only affecting some people.

Unfortunately I don't. I still have not heard back from LF about this issue.

....but my curse may be broken! I just made it over 2 hours for the day and have not been cut off yet. Has anybody else who had this problem been able to go over 2 hours? Maybe it is a probationary thing, I started work on 2/24, so today was the last day of my 3rd week. How long have the rest of you been with LF? Hopefully the worst is over. I'll post again tomorrow evening and let you know what happens.

I am having the same issue. I get cut off and then there are no more tasks for the day. Its 11pm EST and I have no tasks.

Looks like the problem resolves itself at the end of your 3rd week. I never did hear anything official from LF, but mine just straightened itself out last night, and this is the second night I have been able to break the 2 hour mark. That would have been great to know from the start though! I thought it was odd that the rater homepage made me log in again last night. I think I have been logged in steady for 2 weeks at least up until last night. I guess they changed something in my account. Anyway, wait it out folks, it gets better.

Glad it worked out for you JFM, my first day was 2/25 but unfortunately I am still having the same problems. In fact a couple of days this week I could only get around 1.5 hours. I will keep my fingers crossed that next week will be better :)

I'm sorry to hear it. I wish they would respond to somebody's email with some clarification on this. Hopefully it clears up for you soon. There were a few days before mine was corrected that I only got 1.1 and 1.2 hours for the day.

I have had the same problems with working beyond 2.5 hrs. I wrote in today, asking about whether or not there is a glitch in the system or if there was something on my end that had to be done. I received an email, stating this was normal and letting me know when the optimal hours of work would be (btwn. 12-4 pacific time). I am usually trying to work around this time and haven't seen a difference, so all I can do is check in periodically as per their suggestion. I ran out yesterday by 11am pt and didn't see any more work later that night. Its a mystery...

I just wanted to bump this to see if there were any updates? I've been with LF for over a month now and still getting NRT after about 2 hours - does this eventually stop or is it technical thing that I should contact them for?

I've never had a problem, but I usually work really late like 7pm-3am eastern.
