I failed my first test by 1 point & was wonder do they give you the same test when you retake it.

Hi...
I think I just got hired for H*N. I paid for the background check yesterday and when I signed on email this morning I had a message asking me to begin my training. However, my background check has not yet completed. Why are they emailing me to begin training when the background check is not finished? Did you get the same email? The tone of the email was to hurry up and get started! I would love to!!! :)
Also, is the training difficult? Are we trained on all of the products?

Hello,
Go ahead and do your training. The training is alot of reading. Take notes. The tests can be tricky. Take your time in reading and making sure you understand. When I first started my training, I sped through and didn't understand and almost failed the test. Take your time and take notes. But I would go ahead and start my training. Your background check probably has come back okay, but not posted yet. That is probably why they told you to get started on your training.

I don't think you can do your training until after the background check comes in. I got the same email and I tried to do the training but it wouldn't let me. I was confused (more annoyed) about it too. Considering everything checks out, it shouldn't take that long to come back. As far as training goes - just take lots of notes...

yes the tests are the same if u fail the first one..and also u cannot start training until after your background check comes in.
