...I had my first shift and it was a complete disaster! ~SIGH~ I haven't done csr work in like forever and was completely flustered! I have two more shifts tonight that I'm looking forward to it....

Hang in there it will get easier as you get more used to it! I just got re-hired after about 2 years off. I am a little nervous too but I know that the more I worked, the easier the process became. Keep your head up and good luck!
