Hi All,

So I called today to check my status and was sent an email to do the online paperwork. However, when I put in the information required (email, last name, code) I get this error message Invalid Status Code. Did any of you get this message at anytime?

I finally got someone in HR today. I was told it was a tech support issue (which it didn't sound like to me) so I called. Tech support said it was an issue with the validation code and I need to talk to HR but if I had problems to call them back and they would have their supervisor step in. So I called HR back like 30 times and finally got someone. He said can you forward me the email you received, from what I’m looking at on your status you shouldn’t have gotten that email. Then he said I will look into it and call you back. What kind of stuff is that? :(

What part of the paperwork do you need to fill out? Will they let you print and fax everything? The only thing that kept giving me issues was the tax stuff so I choose not to do it and it just defaulted to taking out the highest amount of taxes from my paycheck.

The tax forms never worked for me either. Just print them out and mail them back. They get them in time for your first pay check.

From what he was saying I never should have been asked to complete the paperwork in the first place. It makes me a little sad because I thought I was going to the next step. I haven't heard back from him so I don't know what to think now. :(

Okay so it get better. I finally got a hold of someone today. She says I am so sorry mam (did I spell that right) you never should have been sent that email. You haven't been hired, you are on hold status until something happens to come available. I was almost in tears. How do you make a mistake like that? That's like giving someone something, taking it back and then saying oops I meant to give it to the person standing next to you. I give up yall. Good luck to anyone else who applies I hope you have better luck than I did.
