I know I'm not associated with MB (justgetting information at this point) but I was wondering if anyone has found out whether or not distributors will be able to order on a "as needed" basis or if they'll continue to have to order by the case?

Hi Danielle,

I haven't heard anything, but my hunch is that it will remain the way it is
to order by the wholesale price. This is the most cost-effective way to
order them. However, keep in mind that when you collect orders from
customers for 6 jar candles, you have covered the cost of the whole case
of jars, and then have the remaining 6 to use for yourself, give as gifts, or
keep as inventory to retail.

I do not keep a large inventory, but I never order a case until it is paid for.
I tell my customers that I will put them on my order list, and when I
accumulate six orders, I place a case order. I've never had a problem with
this and no one has ever minded- in fact on several occasions, I've had
customers actually come back to me WITH MORE orders from their
friends, family, etc. so I could get their candle for them! What a neat
marketing tool, and a great way to introduce somone into the business
and our simple "smell and sell" technique.

Should you happen to have the need for just one jar, you could always
order it online from yourself, or refer your customer to your website.

Hi Danielle,

I have not heard anything about that as of yet! I am sure some will get us updated on that shortly. I got cut off from Sandy before I could ask her that...I will try calling her back now and see if that was answered.

Many Blessings,

Natalie
