How did everyone do with the Quick Start and the Recruiting promotion? I recruited 2 which would count as 4 but neither placed qualifying orders yet. Hopefully they will within their 90 days....but I guess even if they don't, 2 is still 2!

I think that with the Quickstart, only the first person that you recruit that places a qualifying order counts as two. So, if they both place qualifying orders, then you will have three recruits, but earn three gifts. Someone please correct me if I am wrong!

No, you're right. Itzy just PM'd me about the same thing! Bummer! Oh well! 3 is still good, I guess!

I recruited one during the quick start. So she counts as two. She even placed a qualifying order! smileys/smiley20.gif I have a spa tomorrow, so hopefully I'll recruit more.


BTW, only your first recruit counts twice during the quick start, not each one. After that they only count once, even if you recruited them during the quick start.

Well I think that is still very good! Even if you only have three, that is one more than what you would normally have had! Just think of it in the positive way. No worries though. Just talk to them before they go to training and try to get them to get some outside orders so that when they go, they will have enough money to get the $1000 order. That is the only one that qualifies them at training now. Congrats!

I recruited 3 girls, but only 2 of them placed their qualifying order. I'm sure by the time they go to training they will see the BIG PICTURE and place an order. I have a spring fever event at a local church in the morning and a spa in the evening, so I am expecting big things tomorrow!smileys/smiley4.gif

One of my biggest setbacks that I have run into is that people think this is a pyramid scheme and they just close their ears to what I try to tell them. Or they let you go on and on and then say no thanks. I try to think of that as "practice" lol at least I'm getting what I have to tell them stuck in my head lolsmileys/smiley36.gif

The one I knew for sure was going to start isn't talking to me at the moment...so I didn't get anyone in quick start either...http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif The reason why is I wanted her to have a launch party so she could have bookings right away since I knew she wanted to work this a business.


I am just going out and getting a bunch of parties on my calendar and moving forward!

I didn't get anyone to join up, but haven't done to bad in the selling department. I am not very agressive, probably like I should be, but to me its either something for you or its not. But I really think the ones that buya lot of product would have a better deal if they would realize what all they can get for $99. I want to see the new flip cards and see if they will help me out. Has anyone seen them yet?

For people who think this is a pyramid, let them know they can make money without recruiting. You don't have to build to make money, you just make more when you build.

I have seen the new flip cards. I have them. They are really great. I just wish that whoever prints them, could put the words the other way so that when you are showing the cards, you can also be reading the words.


I got one recruit during quickstart, but so far she has not placed a qualifying order. I am trying to get her ready before training, but I dont know. Oh boo!

All I can think about is how I can't wait to go to celebration and come home even more on fire. I'm not making money at this yet, but I can't imagine doing anything else! I know things will work out, even if it's not as fast as I want it too. Sometimes I get impatient and want to have everything right away, but you appreciate it more when you have to work at it I think.smileys/smiley2.gif

Go figure that I would get one TODAY! Oh well. Hey if she doesn't purchase the "qualifying" order do I still get a watch? I sure hope so. She called me today on my lunch hour and I'll be signing her up tonight! Woohoo!

You get the rewards after the consultants place the qualifying order. So, make sure you explain the 55% coupon to your new consultant.


Tell your new consultant to picture the idea of getting her money backwhenshe invest on the pamper and profit set or invest on additional products for her, family and friends to give as gifts.


Offer a welcome spa where she can display the pamper and profit set for her friends and family to purchase from her. This is the best way to treatthe little investment as a business for future re-orders and bookings.


It is not easy to convince people to invest on a little inventory to see where it takes them. But, it is our job to try to make them see the opportunity of getting a best discount.

Well, so far I have 1 recruit.


I had one woman tell me on March 1st that she wanted to join and asked me to call her later that night. Here it is March 17th and I haven't heard from her. She isn't returning phone calls or emails.smileys/smiley19.gif I've decided to leave her alone and hope and pray that she will call me soon to get signed up, but I'm starting to doubt that will happen.


I'm not having much luck with Spas either, so my recruiting is not going very well. Hopefully everything will pick up soon

I haven't had any luck with the recruiting either. I've spoken with one client that "thought" she might be interested smileys/smiley19.gifBut sadly she decided against it at least for now. I gave her some things to look over and hopefully she will change her mind. My spas haven't picked up either. I wasn't able to do them in Jan. and Feb because of a broken elbow.......the couple that I had to reschedule haven't been very cooperative about giving me a date.....so................ things must get better as they can't get much slower!!smileys/smiley5.gif

I have six that I've actually entered online and two sitting on my desk waiting to be entered. One of these can't make either of the dates for BeautiU that are currently scheduled so we are waiting to see when they schedule for May. The other booked a spa for Monday night and decided she wanted me to wait to enter hers because I told her that I would put all her spa sales toward a qualifying order. I haven't gotten a qualifying order from any of these yet. They all signed up for the discount. I've offered the coupon and tried to encourage them to collect orders from family and friends so that they could get $275 in free products but these women aren't budging. I'm afraid I've recruited a bunch of "kit nappers" ... you know, those who just want the great deal and then they're gone. But I'm praying that once they get to BeautiU they'll catch the vision and want the business and that they'll all place $1000 orders!!! I want this trip and I want to build my team during this promo. What a group of strong, motivated women we have here! I am so proud of every single one of us..even those who haven't recruited (yet). We are are still "getting it out there" and letting people know about this incredible opportunity. We're sharing with others this amazing gem that is BeautiControl! Keep up the good work, and trust me, they WILL hear you. Keep planting those seeds ladies and keep being a "light" in the lives of others!

I recruited two during Quick Start and both placed their qualifying orders, but keep in mind that they are both people that I have talked to about the opportunity before..one is my good friend that I"ve known for 6 years and my other is my mother-in-law. Both of them were considering joining when we had the special back in August and September but didn't. I almost stopped asking...but I didn't, and look what happebed! Totally unexpected but definitely a blessing from God. Put your faith in Him and keep moving forward!

I got 2 new recruits last night, and I have another one signingup next week.


We have to make sure when we tell people about the opportunity that we are positive and excited. We have to have confidence in what we are saying and in our attitude, and be patient.


I know at first, I come across as too anxious and that scares people. Because then they think, it is a scam or that I am tricking them with the opportunity. So, when they say I would like to do that, be calm and say great. Do your jumping and screaming Yahoo on your way homesmileys/smiley4.gif

I have to train myself on be calm; excited for them but calm. I'm very bouncy by nature...it's a culture thing.So, now I just give them the consultant agreement and let them know I will be happy to explain as they go. So, I explain everything little by little.


Once they completed the agreement and make the payment, I explain the qualifying order. If we need to hold the agreement until they come up with qualifying order, I will hold it. If I need to hold the agreement until I can explain more about the opportunity, I will also hold it.


It is all communication, trust and patience. It all happens at the Spa.

I also have a tendency to get excited when I'm talking to someone about joining. I have to make myself calm down so I won't scare them away. There is just so much that is wonderful about BeautiControl! I recruited one w/qualifying order for the quick start.I havethree more that are still thinking about it. I believe two of them might actually do it. They work together and are trying to figure out when each one can go to BeautiU. I don't know if that makes me more hopeful or more anxious!smileys/smiley5.gif

I recruited 2. Wish I had thought to hold onto them until they could get orders. It's worth my time to do this for them. OrI am also going to tell them that they can combine an order for BeautiU and at least one of them will count and they can both take advantage of the discount.
