My blog is a great place for me to share content about direct sales, internet and social media marketing for womenpreneurs in direct sales, network marketing. I use Twitter the most, Facebook and LinkedIn. Online communities are great too.

Are excellent social networking sites
We not only train our team on home party success, but we help them set up accounts with all these social sites, we feel it's that important.

I'm probably going to be the rare person here...but, I've tried many of the latest "social networking" sites, and to be honest...I'm not sure what the payoff is? Yes, I've "tweeted" to many...but do they really care? I can write, and write, and write...but who is going to read it? I do have a "facebook", however...I use it moreso to stay in touch with friends and family at this point. If someone can show me the hard facts/numbers on how these types of venues are providing income for me and my family...then I'm ready, willing and able, to re-look at this...However, with that being said...I do enjoy popping in on this "WAHM" board, as I believe it's a great resource for those of us in direct sales.

So far I have not gotten parties or sales from Facebook, but I have had 3 teammates find me on there, so I think that makes it worth it. :)

We have gotten team members, parties and sales from using social media sites.

Our team also has a private group on Facebook to stay connected. I know you can that too on Ning.com.

I am trying a few other sites too, though the traffic isn't as large. Just wondering if others are finding good sites besides the best known ones.
