I sent my resume to LB last week but still haven't heard anything. How long do they take to reply? Are they a good company to work for? Thanks.

I have been applying to WFL and LF for about 6 months. I created my LB profile in early January. I could see by logging in that I was 'in process'. I had read that they were actually good about giving you an answer unlike the 'generic' emails about resume receipt from the others.
The contacted me last week with the NDA and I started in the exam process. I am waiting for the results.
So it was about 6 weeks between resume submittal and when I heard anything.
