Just curious. I know they don't have a board but is there a rep lurking around? ;-)

Hi! I just joined this forum and noticed your post....I'm an Executive Consultant with Pink Papaya and have been with the company for just over one year. I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have, whether they're about the products, the hostessing opportunity/program, or the business opportunity. Feel free to contact me through the forum, or visit my Web site www.pinkpapayaparty.com/dgiombetticlue. I live in Massachusetts. Look forward to hearing from you!

Too funny, Jennifer - I had you on my follow-up list for today, but you beat me to it! Glad you got the catalogs. My favorite fragrances are Exotic (incredible combination of musk, vanilla, and pineapple) and Papaya Princess (coconut, papaya, citrus and vanilla). My two favorite products are the Cranberry Orange Hand Scrub and the Blackberry Fig Foot Scrub. Message me if you have product-specific or any other questions. Have a great weekend!

Oh my gosh, you just mentioned 3 of the things I was considering. The Exotic, the Cranberry Orange and the Blackberry Fig. Very funny!

You have a great weekend too!

You have excellent taste! ;) Seriously, you can't go wrong with these choices. I've had complete strangers come up and ask me what I'm wearing when I use Exotic. They love it!

Thank you for my cattys!! I want to go to a spa party!! Know any one in AZ selling PP? I love the concept, made in USA and all-natural! I am a sensitive-scent-freak. So I feel like I need to smell it all. What are the return policies? And how much for someone to sign up? (not considering it, but others might be) ;)

So excited about PP! I have been looking for products like these. I bet the spa parties are a blast! And I think I would like exotic, too!

You're so welcome, Elise! I've contacted the Home Office to ask if there's a PP consultant near you. As soon as I've heard back from them, I'll forward the info.
In the meantime, let me know what you'd like to test drive in addition to Exotic; I'll make some samples up for you and get them out this week.
I think you're going to be thrilled with the fragrances. Because the products are scented with essential oils and other botanical/floral extracts, even my most fragrance-sensitive customers can wear them without headaches. The scents are light and they're not at all cloying like synthetic ones can be.
If you like the samples, you can always purchase from my consultant Web site if there are no local PP consultants near you. And you can also use those samples to have a very successful catalog party (I would send you more, of course).
In answer to your question about the kits, they're available at two price points: $99 and $199. So people can pick the one that best fits their budget. Our Connect Go and Grow program for new consultants lets them earn up to $400 in free product during their first two full months in business.
If you know people who'd love to become PP consultants, I will generously reward you for referring them to me. There are fewer than 1000 of us in the whole country, and my goal is to become the first PP director in New England.
You're right: PP parties are fun. They are an open-house style format and very low key. Those of us who used to be with TBSAH and who still have our foot tubs also offer a more traditional guided demo with the foot soak.
Return policies are based on our 100% satisfaction commitment to our customers - you simply notify your consultant if you're not happy with anything, and she'll make it right for you. I'm happy to report that in more than one year with the company, none of my customers has returned anything - and I'm a stickler for customer follow-up.
Anyway, shoot me your sample wish list and I'll get some goodies out to you. And please feel free to share my Web site and info with people. Thanks, and I'll get back to you later with the Home Office's reply!

Diane~you are so awesome!! I think you will be a director very soon!! I would love some samples & I have already passed one of your catalogues on to a friend and she is SO excited! She is about to have a baby and loves all-natural products.

Do you have any make-up/skin care samples? I would love to try the Raspberry Kisses, Exotic, Sugar, & Island. I just might be into doing a Book Party. That sounds fun! Tell me more about how that works.

;)

Hi! Thanks for passing the catalog along to your friend - if she places an order with me, I'll give you a thank-you gift for the referral! I do have all four of the fragrances you mentioned, as well as most of our face care products (facial washes, toners, moisturizers). Want me to put together some sample pots of face care for you as well?
Unfortunately, I don't have samples of the makeup - but I've tried almost everything, and would be happy to give you my reviews of specific products. My customers especially love the lip colors, the hd mascara, retexturizing face primer (SPF 20), and the photo touch foundation.
Book parties are fun - basically, I send you a hostess folder that you share with friends, family and neighbors, along with the product samples I send you. The folder contains catalogs, monthly specials, order forms, and other info. People give orders to you or they can place orders online through my Web site. You keep your book party "open" for a specific time period (typically 7-10 days). At the end of that period, you send the folder back to me (I'll reimburse you for the postage) and then you get hostess rewards based on the total sales generated. Our book party hostesses earn the same levels of rewards that our home party hostesses do!
As with a home party, all guest orders are delivered to you. We just need to make sure that the party is closed and entered in the PP system by month-end.
If that's something you'd like to do, let me know and I'll include a hostess packet with your samples. Thanks again for the kind words - have a great night!
