I passed the *initial* application/test process and have been invited to complete the next step.
Do I need a headset for the assessment or is that something that can wait? If I need it now, what are your recommendations on the best brand of headset?
I'm SO stoked about this.

You don't need your headset now but might come in handy for the webinar's and conference calls during training. West has a place on your account where you can get a discount from Plantronics. I have a Plantronics T10 Headset Telephone. Good Luck! I'm starting on Monday with my training and webinars! What job are you being hired for?

Have you done your automated or live interview yet? Once I did all of my screen testing I did an automated phone interview and then was asked to have a live interview. Once that was done I received a hire email and began my background check and drug test.

Did the automated phone interview this morning. How weird *talking* to the automated voice. ( I hate that).
I do have another question ... is any of this direct sales? There is a lot of talk about sales and commissions. Just wondering. I thought it was all inbound call answering type of stuff.

What line did they hire you for? If it's comcast, there's no selling.
