Do we have a tinted moisturizer??

No and I think its something BC really needs.
You could combine some of the spfs with the foundations but that's two steps. What's so great about a tinted moisturizer is that it combines colour moisture and spf. I have a merle norman, mary kay and cover girl ones i prefer these to foundations esp for dry skin.
If gary would just put some colour in cell block c that would be great
