Hi Everyone,
Are you an actual employee or ic?It's a little confusing, they keep referring you as an employee, but on the previous threads on here, says you an ic?Anyone know?I know they changed things a little on some of their policies.

In the past, West hired IC's. We are now employees. I think this changed in 2005 or so.
