I have been off for awhile, a pesky stomach virus hit our house last week.
Now that everyone is better, I am refocusing on business again and have a question.
Do any of you send a catalog or business card with a sample or two to all who enter your candle drawing? I know for the most part people enter and don't want to be bothered, but since they do enter, can I send them a sample or something? Do any of you add them to your email list for the COTM flier? What if anything do you do? Has it ever backfired---has anyone gotten upset?

Glad you're feeling better. Yes I always send a catalog & samples and add them to my COTM list. They always have an option of opting out of the COTM mailer if they don't want to receive them. No I have never had anyone get upset.

I send an e-mail to everyone who enters with some basic info and a chance for them to request more info (catalog/samples)
I do add them to my COTM mailing list too

I send a email out to everyone who enter the drawing..
If they request info about the business, then I do the same
as what Debra does and send basic info with the chance
to request more info and sample..
