Hi Deanna, you awesome Mia Bella Leader!
(Hey Everyone- Did you know that Deanna has mastered the art of
walking up to a perfect stranger and out of the blue, getting them to fall
in love with our candles? She's amazing! Ask her about it!)smileys/smiley2.gif
Here's what I plan to do for my party:
Each guest will get a pen and clip board with:
-Name tag sticker
-Brochure with prices included (written in)
-Bella Body Wash Sample
-Wish List Print out (1/2 sheet of printer paper with "Bella Wish List" and
lines printed on it, and my phone #)
-Gift list sheet- same as the wish list, but with instructions to give this to
their DH/BF/SO so the next time (s)he needs to buy a gift, all that needs
be done is to contact me, and I'll even gift wrap it and deliver it for free.
Along with a guess the candle scent game, I will also play a game similar
to "Leading Ladies" where each person will have a fragrance name stuck
to their back and will have to try to guess what it is by asking Y/N
questions of the other guests throughout the party.

One of you Bella gals in a WARM climate will have to host though- it is
snowing like MAD outside my window right now. OH MAN!smileys/smiley5.gif
...Time to go light up something fruity and summer-like. Apricot Freesia

Kitt, I love your party game guess the scent! Glad the snow is down your way, we haven't got anything up here, maybe it will miss us!
I have apricot freesia in the tart warmer right now smileys/smiley4.gif
I also place several order forms and payment instructions to the hostess. I use the 3part carbonless at the supply store- they tear out of the booklet and I stamp my name and phone number to the pink sheet.
I also give a couple post cards to hostess to hand out for last minute invites. I have the hostess send me their invitation list and I mail out the invitation post cards.
My brochures I have a price sticker on the back just above my name and info sticker - this way I can change prices simply by adding a new sticker and faster than writing them in.
I like the wish list idea - I did it in my previous company and I was just having them circle the scents they liked in the brochure.

Thanks Kitt!!! It makes a world of difference when you love what you do and I do!!! Just got a call from a neighbor friend, she took the samples to work and everyone wants to order. Ok go ahead and say it, I told you so
