I love to eat Brasilian dishes, especially black beans and rice. Better than cajun beans and rice and not spicy. But I also love mexican food from only one place that seems to make it better than other places I've been to. We love to eat at Lupe Tortilla and my favorite dish is the green chicken enchiladas. I also love their charro bean dip instead of using salsa. Just my 2 cents.

Mexican by far! I love that south-west spicy sensation from most Mexican foods!

Mexican. That was easy! ;)

We live in a part of the country that has the best Mexican food. It's superb here, and we have something hot and intensely spicy at least three times a week.

I voted American. Most different ethnic foods don't agree with me, I guess I have a sensitive stomach. But give me some good old mac & cheese, or some Mashed potatoes and fried chicken, A trip to McDonalds... I'm a happy happy girl  Italian would come in second, but that is really limited to those meals I make at home (I'm picky about my sauce) - Spaghetti & meatballs or Lasagna, Baked Zita, etc. - anything with a red tomato sauce and smothered in Moz cheese

Almost 95% of the Costa Rican population are of Spanish or Mestizo (mixed) heritage, heavily influencing the country's cooking style. Costa Rica's traditionally mild, not over-spiced cuisine usually features rice and beans, which are also the main ingredients in the national recipe, gallo pinto.

I recommend that you all give Ethiopian food a try - it's my favorite and unbelievably healthy! Plus, the bread (injera) is a great option for people on gluten free diets.

Well, I enjoy all of them, but if I had to pick just one, it would be Thai!

Of course, I also love Indian, Chinese, Japanese (sashimi!), and sure, French, Greek, Italian, German, and American too.

I love the spices of Mexican and those Southwest and South American foods I'm familiar with, but not the heavy proportion of carbs. Mostly, I eat meat and non-starchy veggies aka the revamped Atkins diet, which is why I said sashimi and not sushi.
