This isn't a MB question, but I have noticed a few abbreviations used in this forum. I am guessing as to their meaning, but perhaps I could be enlightened ...


DH - dear husband?


DS - darling son?


Are my guesses waaaayyyy off? smileys/smiley9.gif

I think the "D" is "dear" in all of them. "DH"= dear husband, "DS"= dear son, "DW"= dear wife, and so on. It's like that on any of the other message boards I've been to so I'm guessing it's the same here...but I'm new too, so I don't really know. Hopefully someone else will answer you too, but that's my guess at it.

yes it is Dear husband or Dear Son or Dear daughter, sometimes Darling,, if you are mad at hubby i think its Darn, LOL
