I just got back from Napa Valley where our leadership conference was held. It was an amazing time! Nikki K. from the DSWA was our speaker- she was amazing!! Dr. Dean Ornish was also at our conference and he was great as well. Our new products are phenomenal! It is going to be a great year with DOVE!!
And, I am so excited because our national conference is in Philadelphia, which is where I live! It is going to be so much fun having my team here!!
Now, off to put into action what I learned!

Do you belong to a local DSWA chapter? I started one back in August, 2008 here in my area and we have the nicest people in our chapter. Just curious and I've yet to hear Nikki but have only see positive things posted about her.
Good luck on tackling those "action items!"

I actually started a Chapter in my area too because we didn't have one. Nikki is really great and if you get a chance to hear her speak, you will love it!!

Oh so we're both Chapter Presidents, huh? ;-)
I'm stepping down in August after 2 years to make room for some "fresh blood." My VP is awesome and would make a great president. I'm going to spend some time being a member and I will check her out if and when I have the opportunity, Nicole. Thanks!

I went to my first Dove Party about 2 months ago and I got the Salted Caramels.....OH MY HEAVENS!!! They are divine :) My husband and I read the descriptions of the salts before we eat them and we have to eat the same one at the same time. Haha! Glad to hear you are doing well with them...love your products!

Jennifer-LOL! Yep. I would like to get the chapter going strong and then definitely want to have people take on responsibilities.
Rachel- I am glad you enjoyed the products!! The Sea Salted Carmels are so yummy, they are one of the few products I will eat and not feel like I am eating my supplies. LOL

I've heard Nikki speak and have personally been involved with the DSWA...great organization and support for us! Congratulations on an amazing conference! I'm looking forward to some of our training with Initials towards the end of this month!
