I have really been thinking about doing the apartment complex parties, however its about as clear as mud. Could anyone give me some ideas and tips such as what you say once you approach the office manager and how you go about scheduling the event. Also, do you call before you go by the office or do you just show up? What days and times have you found to be the most successful. I am trying to get this done and I am still at my fulltime job, which I am trying to get away from....just have to become a director first!

I have a booking with a complex and they have scheduled 6 Spas with me this week for thier residents and turn out was so good, I am booking more dates.
I called a complex and told them what I did and asked if it was a service they would like to offer to thier residents.
Many complexes have events in thier clubhouse and this one decided to have food brought in and everything since I provide the service complimentary.
After I spoke with the owner, I made an appointment and went in and met with the manager. I showed her our neck wrap and products and saw where I would be doing the Spas. We agreed on dates and I made up a flyer that I gave her to distribute through the complex.
I allowed 6 people at each session. I have one from 5-6 and 6:30- 7:30. You could easily set up a Saturday with several sessions or an evening session or two for several nights.
I also had the residents call and set up thier time with the office.
