We have added 27 new consultants to our team in the past 30 days. :D Whoot Whoot! :D
We are going to be starting a "Team Excellence" team meeting each week on Wednesday. The call will be 40 minutes long. 30 minutes for training & recognition and 10 minutes for questions. I will also record the meetings so those who cannot attend can still benefit.

Time: 5:30 PST, 6:30 MST, 7:30 CST, 8:30 EST
Recognition
Bookings - Verbal recognition for both booked and held.
Prize to the top held bookings.
Parties - Verbal recognition with prize to the top
$150 or more parties closed.
Team Members - Verbal recognition with prize to the top sponsor.
Sales - Verbal recognition for all sales and prize to the top in sales.

I really love the conference calls. I have got to be on 2 and love the fact they are being recorded now. I have one that I need to go listen to. I just got my kit night before last and already love the Vanilla Berry Wickless candle--the Spray is something I am going to have to have from here on out and the air freshner is awesome in the bathroom:) So far....great!
